How to Order Bulk Headphones with a Purchase Order

Most schools and districts pay with purchase orders — we make that process straightforward. Here's how to order bulk headphones and earbuds from SmithOutlet with a PO.

Step 1: Get a Quote

Start on our Request a Quote page with the products and quantities you need. We'll send back a formal quote with per-unit pricing, total cost, and shipping — formatted for your purchasing department or business office.

Step 2: Create Your Purchase Order

Have your district or school business office issue a PO with:

  • Product names and quantities from your quote
  • Ship-to address (school name, street address, and attention line)
  • Billing contact and PO number
  • Any vendor paperwork you need from us first (W-9, vendor registration, etc.) — just ask and we'll provide it

Step 3: Send Us the PO

Email your PO to us at the address on your quote (or contact us if you need it). Once we receive it, we'll confirm your order, process it against the PO terms, and send tracking when it ships.

Common Questions

Do you accept POs from all schools and districts?
Yes — public schools, private schools, charter schools, and districts. If your purchasing office needs us set up as a vendor first, send us their forms and we'll complete them.

What are your payment terms?
Standard Net 30 terms for approved school and district POs, unless your district requires different terms — note it on the PO and we'll confirm.

Can I order online and pay by card instead?
Yes. PO is optional — you can check out online anytime. Many teachers order a first pack by card to test it, then order in bulk by PO.

How fast will my order ship?
Orders are processed in the order received. Your quote confirmation will include the current timeline — order 2-3 weeks ahead of testing season to be safe.
